1 : Objectives

The collection of data on the site is to create a management file of prospects and customers. This file is used for statistical purposes, to contact and/or propose relevant contents to the contacts.

2: Relevance of data

In order to follow at best the interest of the prospects and customers of MAISON FICHET, the file collects all information of the customers of the site related to their identity and their interest in the site In accordance with the French law "Informatique et Libertés", information related to racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, health or sex life of a person is not collected and is prohibited (sensitive data).

3: Lawfulness of processing and conditions applicable to consent (art.6 and art.7 of the RGPD)

Consent to the processing of a visitor's personal data is systematically obtained for one or more specific purposes. For example, when filling in a form to subscribe to the newsletter or to download a resource, the purpose of obtaining the visitor's email address is to send him/her a notification when resources likely to interest him/her are published.

4: Data retention

The data collected on the site is kept for a period of 12 months for anonymous contacts, after the last visit to the website by the person. However, for identified contacts, the data collected on the is kept for 36 months. At the end of these periods, all data relating to the individual is deleted.

5 : Rights of the persons (art.16 to 20 of the RGPD)

In accordance with the French law "Informatique et Libertés" and the RGPD, all persons can exercise their right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of processing, deletion and portability of data concerning them by making a simple request by mail signed to the address of the head office of MAISON FICHET, 63 Avenue Du Progrès Bp 11, 69682 CHASSIEU Cedex.

The data collected is also available for consultation or modification by the person concerned: once identified, the person can access the "my account" section and then "personal information".

6: Data security and processing (art.32 of the RGPD)

The data collected on the site and the associated processing are hosted by the company ACTI. Only the persons linked to the technical service of the company ACTI and its subcontractors have access to the information collected on the site via a personal and unique identifier to the platform

7: Data breach and communication within 72 hours (art.33 and art.34 of the RGPD)

In case of violation or suspicion of violation of personal data, MAISON FICHET and its subcontractors will notify the CNIL, 72 hours at the latest, after becoming aware of it.

Use of Cookies

The management of orders requires the use of cookies. Non-personal information is recorded by this system of cookies (text files used to recognize a user and thus facilitate his use of the site). They have no meaning outside their use on the site
