For example, when filling in a form to subscribe to the newsletter or to download a resource, the purpose of obtaining the visitor's email address is to send him/her a notification when resources likely to interest him/her are published.
4: Data retention
The data collected on the site www.fichet.fr is kept for a period of 12 months for anonymous contacts, after the last visit to the website by the person. However, for identified contacts, the data collected on the www.fichet.fr is kept for 36 months. At the end of these periods, all data relating to the individual is deleted.

6: Data security and processing (art.32 of the RGPD)
The data collected on the site www.fichet.fr and the associated processing are hosted by the company ACTI. Only the persons linked to the technical service of the company ACTI and its subcontractors have access to the information collected on the site www.fichet.fr via a personal and unique identifier to the platform www.fichet.fr
7: Data breach and communication within 72 hours (art.33 and art.34 of the RGPD)
In case of violation or suspicion of violation of personal data, MAISON FICHET and its subcontractors will notify the CNIL, 72 hours at the latest, after becoming aware of it.
Use of Cookies
The management of orders requires the use of cookies. Non-personal information is recorded by this system of cookies (text files used to recognize a user and thus facilitate his use of the site). They have no meaning outside their use on the site www.fichet.fr
